When do I need approval for home improvements or landscaping activities?

Any constructions, improvement, excavation or tree removal activity requires written approval by the architectural committee prior to commencement of the activity.  These activities include but are not limited to the following:  fence, wall, pathway, patio, patio cover enclosure, deck rock garden, swimming pool, landscaping, basketball hoop, flag pole, satellite dish, or solar heating / cooling device.
